Return & Refund Policy – IGNIS
This Return & Refund Policy defines the conditions under which IGNIS (“we”, “our”) accepts returns, issues refunds, and processes exchanges for products purchased through our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
